Preuss Four selected as Case Study by City of L.A.

The City of Los Angeles has just released their revised guidelines on Small Lot Subdivisiondevelopment in the city. This handbook is what sets down the rules and regulations for these type of urban infill projects. 

To our great delight, our most recent project, Preuss Four, was selected as a Case Study and featured along with other wonderful projects by HeyDay and Modative. Here's an excerpt from the document showing our project:
